Today is more than just a day for exam results—it’s a day that can bring excitement, relief, disappointment, pride, or uncertainty. Whatever you’re feeling today, it’s valid.

If you’re celebrating, take a moment to recognise the hard work that got you here. You deserve to feel proud.

If things haven’t gone the way you hoped, please remember this: your results do not define your worth, your intelligence, or your future. One set of grades cannot measure your resilience, kindness, creativity, or potential.

Be gentle with yourself today. Give yourself space to process whatever comes up, and remember that there are always different paths forward.

Wishing everyone receiving their results today the very best of luck. Whatever happens, this is one chapter—not the whole story. 💙

When this happens, it's usually because the owner only shared it with a small group of people, changed who can see it or it's been deleted.

New guidance on the safe use of mental health apps has been published, a welcome and timely step as more people turn to digital tools for support.

We welcome clear standards that will help protect users, strengthen data security and promote evidence-based care in a fast-growing market. However, safeguards must keep pace with innovation so people can trust the support they’re accessing.

As a psychotherapist, I know Christmas can bring up food anxiety for many people. Extra attention, changed routines, and unspoken expectations can make eating feel stressful. If this season feels hard, you’re not failing — you’re responding to something that matters to you. Go gently. You’re allowed to eat in ways that feel safe, take breaks, and prioritise your wellbeing. One day doesn’t define your relationship with food or your worth. 🎄🤍 please check out Kind Mind’s blog for more information & advice ❤️
