I offer face to face counselling sessions on a one to one basis or with couples, families or parent & child. I work from a relaxing consulting room & aim to provide the most professional and calming therapeutic environment possible.


I offer online video sessions via Microsoft Teams or Zoom where you can receive the same quality of counselling from the comfort of your own home. All you need is a laptop, pc, tablet or mobile phone, an internet connection, and a quiet space.

Online Group Therapy

I regularly run online group sessions for specific topics such as anxiety, self esteem & low mood. Keep an eye on my social media for dates of upcoming group sessions.

School Counselling & Mental Well-being

In conjunction with Practical Mindset, I work within several schools supporting staff & pupils with proactive strategies for positive mental well-being. In addition to this, I work with groups of children & provide one to one counselling.

Corporate Mental Well-being

In conjunction with Practical Mindset, I provide mental well-being sessions to corporate companies, supporting businesses to look after their employee’s mental health & well-being. I offer tailor made packages with companies to provide a service that suits their business needs, whether that be practical coping strategies to get the most out of their staff, or one to one counselling for employees. We also provide recorded sessions & practical workbooks.
